With more than three decades of experience, Jes has built a global reputation for transforming spaces and celebrations with a signature blend of artistry, innovation, and precision. While the studio is best known for designing, managing, and producing events, Jes’s work spans much more. Joe brings a rare blend of creative vision and operational precision to the world of luxury events. A natural left-brain/right-brain hybrid, he pairs big-picture thinking with a deep love of systems, strategy, and elegant problem-solving.
After graduating from Indiana University, Joe began his career in New York, where an unexpected opportunity in conference production sparked his passion for large-scale experiences. His path led him to the West Coast with the boutique division of Wolfgang Puck Catering, then back to New York, where he rose to VP at one of the city’s top luxury caterers. Along the way, he and Jes developed the creative partnership that would eventually become the foundation of their work together.
Before officially joining forces, Joe expanded his expertise in Miami as Sales Director for a full-service event firm specializing in destination management, event design, production, and catering at the St. Regis Bal Harbour.
Today, Joe’s global perspective and multifaceted background make him an invaluable anchor of the firm. He understands the inner workings of hospitality, production, design, and venue operations—allowing him to anticipate needs, streamline processes, and elevate every client experience. A creative who also loves a great spreadsheet, he brings both artistry and structure to every project.
